Registration:

All parents or guardians must have a signed waiver, current enrollment form and made an up-to-date payment before a child's participation is allowed.

You may register your child for ABC for KIDS by either downloading the waiver/enrollemnet form, and policy forms online or by picking them up directly from ABC for KIDS.

You may submit your completed forms by dropping them off at ABC for KIDS or faxing them to 303.583.0598.

Team Sessions are 12-14 weeks long and are for billing purposes only. No re-enrollment is required however payment is due.
